  • What is the best age to play with slow grow toys?

slow grow carries a selection of toys and learning aids for children as young as 3 months up to school age. To the youngest ones we offer light toys, safe to lift and "examine". Most of the toys are dedicated to children aged 3 years and more. They can help children get acquainted with the world of letters and numbers, train their fine motor skills and prepare them for school education. Our learning aids can be used throughout the years of education, e.g. in learning foreign languages.

  • How to maintain slow grow toys?

To refresh and clean a toy, you only need a damp cloth. If needed, you can use water with a little bit of soap. Our toys are principally made of wood, so they don't like strong cleaning agents. Avoid hot water and soaking. Dry the toys in room temperature.

  • What is the time of delivery?

All orders are picked up to three business days. After the shipment is handed over to the courier, the standard time of delivery is 1-3 business days for delivery in Poland, and 4-7 business days for other EU countries.

  • Does slow grow ship internationally?

We send the products within the European Union. The shipment price, depending on the country of destination, is calculated automatically in the buying process.

  • Is every item of the same product identical?

Wood is a natural material that impresses us with its fascinating texture and uniqueness. Although our toys have the same design, they may differ in shade or wood texture. No two alphabet boards or even two balls are the same. This is an advantage of our products, which reflect the diversity of the nature.

  • What are the properties of wood and what should I remember about?

Wood is hygroscopic, so it absorbs moisture. Avoid prolonged contact with water, and if it happens, wipe the product with a dry cloth and let it dry. In addition, we recommend that you do not store slow grow products in damp places such as basements. The products can increase their volume, which may damage them. If it comes to that, leave the toy in a dry place until it reduces in volume.

In addition, wood can change its colour and darken when exposed to sunlight.
Beech wood is appreciated for its high durability and resistance to various types of scratches and dents.
